Information on the Community Policing Forum

Louise from the Community Policing Forum has informed us that an election of representatives for the Balbriggan Community Policing Forum will take place on Tuesday 15th September at 7pm in O’Dwyers GAA Club.

The aim of this forum is to directly address issues relating to Crime, Anti-Social Behaviour and Safety that exist within our Community.  The forum will consider ISSUES and then make recommendations to the Gardai, Fingal County Council and to the Community as to how these issues might be resolved.  Community participation in this process is vital.  Six seats have been reserved for community representatives.

The Milestone has not definitely been confirmed but we reccomend meeting at the Milestone anyway – if there is a venue change, we’ll let people know there.
